Kagney Linn Karter was born in Harris County, Texas, United States and raised in Saint Joseph, Missouri.[2]
She was a cheerleader in high school and also she was of course in speech and debate. Karter went to tournaments in speech and debate class.[2]
Her previous jobs was a hostess at a Mexican restaurant and at Office Max. After then she started dancing and got out of high school to move to California.[2]
