Early life
Morena was born in Honduras and raised in Long Island, New York.[2] She is of Maya descent.[2] Before getting into porn, she worked at a retailer, which fired her after a co-worker discovered her Tumblr account, where she posted nude photos of herself in uniform during breaks at work.[2]
Career
Morena entered the porn industry in 2017.[2] For her stage name, she chose "Maya" because of her Maya heritage and "Morena", which means dark-skinned girl, because she was called "Morenita" as a term of endearment while growing up.[2]
