The Clayton, North Carolina location was established in 1998.[1] In 2007, Alcohol Law Enforcement agents conducted an undercover investigation between January and April due to complaints.[1] According to violations turned over to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission, employees participated in sexually explicit conduct on two separate occasions, consumed alcohol while working, and gave patrons memberships in the private club before the required three-day waiting period had passed.[1] The club faced fines and a 10-day suspension of it's license prior to being destroyed in a fire on January 6, 2008, which appeared to have been set on purpose.[2]
