Hunter Bryce (October 9, 1980 – April 12, 2011) was an American porn star.
Early life
Bryce was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and she was of Italian and Scotch-Irish descent.[2] She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a double major in non-fiction writing and literature.[2][3] She worked in real estate, retail, and marketing and was an exotic dancer and personal trainer before getting into porn.[2]
Career
Bryce entered the porn industry in late 2007 and chose her stage name in tribute to her favorite author, Hunter S. Thompson.[2] During her career, she was represented by Type 9 Models and OC Modeling.[3] She was a squirter.[4]
Personal life
In 2011, Bryce was found dead in her Winnetka home sometime between late night April 12 and early morning April 13.[2][3] The cause of her death is unknown.[2] L.A. County coroner Ed Winter said prior to conducting an autopsy that it seemed like "a natural death" and that there were "no obvious signs of trauma".[2] According to Rachel Roxxx, her friend and former roommate, Bryce was battling alcoholism, was feeling ill, and was aloof shortly before her death.[2]
