:: Thank you for the explanation! Articles are mostly short because we didn't have time to expand them yet, like most of the articles about actresses or studios. Usually, they should only be shortened or rewritten if there are copyright violations or if the info is wrong or not intended for the public. Articles can be pretty long if the text is interesting. I agree, though, that in the case of a country, we don't need all the historical data that appears on Wikipedia. A few facts are cool, though, and if there is anything that relates to porn or sex that can be included, too, and can result in a big article. Theoretically, this could be done with pretty much anything, like a chair or sofa, explaining how to have sex on it, or maybe there is a movie series that focuses on it that can be mentioned, etc. Think of Pornopedia as looking at the world through a sex lens :) Cheers, --[[User:Till Kraemer|Till Kraemer]] ([[User talk:Till Kraemer|talk]]) 16:11, 26 August 2025 (CEST)

== Category:Born in Quebec ==
Hello, I don't understand [https://en.pornopedia.com/w/index.php?title=Category:Born_in_Quebec&diff=prev&oldid=51837 this edit]. Quebec is in Canada, so why shouldn't it be a subcategory of Canada? All categories are structured this way, for example, [[:Category:Born in California|Category:Born in California]] is a subcategory of [[:Category:United States|Category:United States]]. And again, if you make changes like that, please discuss them first. Thanks, cheers and all the best, --[[User:Till Kraemer|Till Kraemer]] ([[User talk:Till Kraemer|talk]]) 16:07, 27 August 2025 (CEST)
: Thank you for re-adding the category! I think categories sometimes can be pretty complex, but if we change our minds later, categories can be changed with a bot pretty easily, so we don't need to do it manually. == Websites ==
Hello Novtes, I'm sorry, there are many things we've done over the years that are now outdated. When I was living in Germany, I created an AVS extension because of the strict youth protection laws there. If you see something like <code><nowiki>{{AVS|Diamond_Jackson}}</nowiki></code>, it belongs to a file with over 1000 websites that I need to add to the corresponding articles. Some of the websites are not online anymore, then they can be removed, but in the case of Diamond Jackson, the [https://en.pornopedia.com/w/index.php?title=Diamond_Jackson&diff=prev&oldid=52936 website] is still online. Long story short: You can, but you don't need to [https://en.pornopedia.com/w/index.php?title=Diamond_Jackson&diff=52380&oldid=52377 remove it]; I will do it when I go through the list. Another thing: Not sure if it was intentional, but please [https://en.pornopedia.com/w/index.php?title=Mandy_Waters&diff=52361&oldid=47997 don't remove the website] from the infobox if it is still online. Technically, for short articles, one link to the website is enough, but it's more convenient to have a link in the infobox and in the external links section, especially when the articles get bigger one day. == Category:Image needed ==
Hello Novtes, currently, we use the Category:Image needed also for articles that only have covers, so technically they do have an image but not a photo, like for example the article about [[Belladonna]] has. I'm fine with that, but I'm also okay with not using the category for those articles. If we decide not to use the category in those cases, the category can easily be removed with a bot; it doesn't need to be done manually. Have a nice weekend!
