Tori Black (born August 26, 1988) is an American pornographic actress.[1]
Early life
Tori Black was born and raised in Seattle, Washington, United States.[1][2] She is of mixed ethnic origin - English, French, German, Swedish, Native American descent.[1]
From the age of 7 she began to dance, and later played football and boxing.
She did an undergraduate course in journalism at Western Washington University.[3]
Career
Tori Black debuted in the adult industry in 2007.[1] She started her career at age 18 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she was on a summer vacation while attending college. Black saw an advertisement for an adult talent agency and sent in her pictures. The agency accepted and send her an offer. Аfter considering their offer, Black accepted and returned to the agency a week later. Her first scene was a solo shaving video for The Score Group. She does not return to her education and continues her career in the adult industry.[2]
She was the Penthouse Pet of the Month December 2008[4] and was named as Twistys Treat of the Month for September 2009.
In 2009, for the first time Black appeared in an anal sex scene in the movie Interactive Sex with Tori Black.
Black is the first person in history to win two AVN Female Performer of the Year Awards, winning back-to-back years in 2010 and 2011.[5][3][6]
In December 2010 she temporarily interrupted her career in the adult industry as planning to become pregnant.
In June 2014, Black made her directorial debut with a video for Elegant Angels' website, featuring their Girl of the Month - Alina Li.[7]
Next year she made her first complete film as a director and producer - "True Lust" for ArchAngel - star showcase for the 2015 XBIZ MILF Performer of the Year Kendra Lust.[8]
Tori Black is featured alongside with porn actors Lexi Belle, Remy LaCroix and Keiran Lee in the jury of web reality show "Sex Factor, looking for new talented porn actors, and whose winner receives a $ 1 million prize. Black is a mentor and a judge in the show.
In 2016, Black joined the jury for the third season of the "DP Star" pornography show of Digital Playground.[9]
In December of the same year she signed an exclusive contract with the web platform "CamSoda" for live webcam performances.[10]
In November 2017, Vixen has announced the release of “Tori Black Comeback”, which features Black in her first boy/girl scene following a seven-year hiatus. Black said: “Coming into such an anticipated project, I of course had reservations and concerns,” Black said. “So much is on the line for me, my career, my fans as well as my future. What I hadn’t anticipated was how comforted and assured I would feel working alongside a visionary like Greg Lansky.” The scene was shot in a contemporary-noir style that recalls the 1990s film classic “Basic Instinct,” Black inhabits the role of a glamorous femme fatale in a passionate display of wanton desire alongside Jean Val Jean.[11] In December of the same year, Vixen has named Tori Black as its newest Vixen Angel. She accepted the title live on Vixen’s Instagram. As the newest Vixen Angel, Black was awarded a pair of Vixen custom Christian Louboutin red-bottom shoes, a custom Tiffany brilliant-cut diamond necklace, and custom Vixen lingerie sets.[12]
In 2018, Black starring in Vixen’s first feature release - "After Dark", directed by Kayden Kross. In the movie Black, plays a mysterious powerful woman, Tori Blackwell, who over the course of a single night, lives faster and more dangerously than most would experience in their lifetime. From dusk to dawn she and her accomplices give in into all of their darkest, deepest, insatiable desires. Kross said that Black carries this movie “with the same phenomenal presence that she has built her career on. I'm honored to have been able to direct her.”[13]
Black is represented by LA Direct Models since the beginning of her career.[10][14] She appeared in over 550 movies and worked for studios like Evil Angel, Vivid and Digital Playground.

She was supporting actress in the horror-comedy flick "L.A. Slasher" (2015).
Black had a guest starring role in episode 3 "Gem and Loan" of second season of the Showtime series "Ray Donovan", where she played porn star Lexi Steele.[10][20]
In 2019, Black played in the episode “The Sexorcist” of a series of horror-erotica shorts for LadyKiller tv.[21]
In March 2020, she featured in KP Wolfe's music video "You Can Call Me". KP explains about casting Tori Black in her music video: “I wanted to show Tori as someone involved in a tender, loving and complicated relationship. Besides being a superstar in her industry, Tori is this amazingly sweet and compassionate person and I wanted to cast her in a role that reflects that. As women we can be both sexual beings and the romantic lead. And I think that’s a feminist as fuck dichotomy.”[22]

On October 14, 2011 Tori's son was born; on December 16, 2011 Tori announced it on her official website.
