Plot
A young psychiatrist who uses his practice to sexually torment his patients enters a dark, sexual underworld with his most depraved patient, a seemingly sweet young woman with a taste for control, fear, and pain.[1] With her, he confronts the betrayal of his long-suffering wife and his involvement in the death of her sister, a patient he drove mad.[1] Through his journey, he finds out pain is the greatest pleasure there is.[1]
