Charlotte Stokely (born August 8, 1986) is an American pornographic actress.[1]
Early life
Charlotte Stokely was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States.[1][3] In high school, Stokely would dance on stage for shows of a local band. Her first job was as a cashier at a grocery store, and she worked as a cocktail waitress at a strip club.
Career in the adult industry
Charlotte Stokely debuted in the adult industry in 2005, when she was nineteen years old.[1] She entered porn shortly after being kidnapped at gunpoint and held captive for four days.[4]
She had a stripper roommate who was asked to take part in a hardcore shoot. Charlotte decided to join her friend and that is how it all started for her. She was building her career by taking part in hardcore shoots that were mostly done for Florida-based adult websites.
She was a contestant on the reality television TV show Jenna's American Sex Star.[2][5]
In 2012, she signed a contract with MetArt and SexArt for girl/girl scenes.[4]
From 2014, she began filming for the Girlsway company.
In 2015, she was part of the cast of the first series produced by Girlsway and directed by Bree Mills, The Business Of Women with India Summer, Vanessa Veracruz, Shyla Jennings and Samantha Rone.
She also honed her acting skills in such projects as Axel Braun’s Justice League XXX: An Axel Braun Parody and The Possession of Mrs. Hyde (both Wicked Pictures), Ricky Greenwood’s Confessions of a Sinful Nun and Girls of Wrestling (both Sweetheart Video) and Jay Allan's The Kitten Klub (Adam & Eve Pictures).[4]
In May of 2017 Charlotte Stokely was named Penthouse Pet.[2][5] She was also the Twistys Treat of June 2015.[2][5]
Stokely was the official Red Carpet Host for the 2019 AVN Awards Show.[6] She will win her first AVN Awards in 2019 with the All-Girl Performer Of the Year award.
On January 14, 2020, she was inducted into the AVN Hall Of Fame.[3]
At the 2021 AVN Awards, she became the first and only three-time AVN All-Girl Performer of the Year in porn history.[3]
In October 2021, Stokely co-hosted the XRCO Awards along with porn actress Britney Amber. In the same ceremony, she won her fourth consecutive XRCO Award for "Girl-Girl Performer".[7][8]
Mainstream appearances
Stokely appeared uncredited in the comedy film Black Dynamite (2009).[2] In 2014, she starred in the television film Eve's Secret. In 2016, Stokely appeared on the TV series Submission.
Stokely has modeled for several American Apparel advertisements.[5]
In 2019, Charlotte launched a new company - "The Greatest Feelings", to help others achieve their goals and build healthy lives. With her six years of professional holistic and naturopathic healing experience, certification as a sex educator, as well as health coach schooling, she hopes to be able to focus on helping other people. In same year, she registered by correspondence at Huntington University of Health Sciences to become a nutrition coach.[4][9][10][3]
In September 2021, she has joined the board of directors of nonprofit support group The Cupcake Girls and will take an active role in supporting its work to protect, help and psychologically support sex workers of all kinds.[3][10]<
