Spiegler Girls was formed in 2003 by Mark Spiegler after he left Topp Models.[1] Spiegler's apartment in Woodland Hills serves as the agency's de facto headquarters.[1] Clients are not required to sign contracts with the agency.[1] Clients are drug tested and not allowed to remain with the agency if they do any drugs besides weed.[2]
