MILF is the acronym for the phrase Mother I would like to fuck and is used to describe both young mothers and older women (Age 30+) who are sexually attractive. It is also associated with an older woman seeking younger male sexual partners (Cougar).

The acronym MILF is first documented in Usenet newsgroup messages from the 1990s. In 1999 the American comedy film American Pie popularized the term by using it to describe the character of Steven Stifler’s mother.[1]
