Savegames are not automatically stored in a cloud, only locally on the PC. You can use OneDrive, for example, to automatically save the game to a cloud. All statements without guarantee!
Type <code>cmd</code> in the Windows Start menu and click 'Run as administrator'.
Type <code>mklink /d "[path to folder in cloud]" "[path to folder in Documents]"</code>.
For example: <code>mklink /d "C:\Users\Username\OneDrive\The Sims 4" "C:\Users\info\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4"</code> - depending on the username and language setting.
