If you want to translate an article, a tool like [http://www.sharktime.com/us_wReplace.html wReplace] can be helpful. It can replace multiple phrases at once like "<nowiki>[[Pornodarsteller]]in</nowiki>" for "<nowiki>[[Porn actor|porn actress]]</nowiki>" and "(Erscheinungsdatum)" for "(release date)" and it even can translate whole infoboxes. Be careful though and check the result before you copy it into the new article.
