Randy Spears (born June 18, 1961 in Kankakee, Illinois, USA), also known as Gregg Ory, is an American porn actor and director.

In 1988, about the age of 27, Randy Spears started his career as a porn actor. Since then, he appeared in over 1400 movies and worked for studios like Vivid, Rosebud and Evil Angel.

In 2006, Randy won the AVN Award in the category "Best Supporting Actor".
