Barely Legal is a porn film released in 1999 by LFP Video. It is the first in the long running Barely Legal series, inspired by the magazine of the same name. The film consists of five scenes, each featuring teen girls. The scenes are preceded by a full screen title card, giving the title of the scene, a caption, and the name of the director. Each scene is introduced by the girl in character recounting one of their first sexual experiences in a style matching a letter to Barely Legal Magazine.
The first scene, 'Voyeur', features incest roleplay and concludes in a threesome. The second scene, 'The Artist' is a girl/girl scene. Several scenes feature urination. Scenes 1, 3, and 5 are filmed in 4:3 full-frame, scenes 2 and 4 are letterboxed.[2]

Plot
