Barely Legal is a porn film released in 1999 by Hustler Video. It is the first in the long running Barely Legal series, inspired by the magazine of the same name. Barely Legal is a vignette video consisting of five scenes, each centred on teen girls. The scenes are preceded by a full screen title card, giving the title of the scene, a caption, and the name of the director. Each scene is introduced by the girl in character recounting one of their first sexual experiences in a style matching a letter to Barely Legal Magazine.
