Barely Legal is a porn film released in 1999 by LFP Video, now owned by Hustler. It is the first in the long running Barely Legal series, inspired by the magazine of the same name. The film consists of five scenes, each featuring teen girls. Each scene is introduced by the girl in character recounting the situation, in a style reminiscent of penthouse letters.
