Internet Adult Film Database

Internet Adult Film Database (IAFD) is a database with 111,498 porn actors and 119,453 porn movies (on April 12, 2012).

History

The IAFD has been founded by Peter Van Aarle who collected data of porn movies since 1981.

In 1993, Peter met Dan Abend in a Newsgroup. They exchanged data and they developed with Heretic a web based database.

In 1995 the IAFD went on-line.

Heretic left the profect and in Autumn 1998, Jeff Vanzetti started programming the database.

On September 18, 2005, Peter Van Aarle died at the age of 42 due to a heart attack.

The IAFD adds about 500 new porn movies to the database monthly and edits thousands of corrections.
