Kortney Kane (born July 31, 1986) is an American porn star.
Early life
Kane was born in Columbia, South Carolina and she is of Irish and Italian descent.[1] She attended a private school and held her first job there at 14 years old through its work/study program, in which she had to clean the classrooms and bathrooms after school.[3] She also worked at a strip club before getting into porn.[2]
Career
Kane entered the porn industry in December 2009.[2][3] Her first scene was with Ramon for Big Tit Boss.[2]
Mainstream media appearances
Kane has done mainstream photo shoots, music videos, and a commercial.[4]
Activism
Kane campaigned against Proposition 8 and does charity work, including Walk for Warriors.[4] On June 11, 2011, she participated in a charity car wash in West Hollywood for Get Rubber![5] On October 14, 2012, she walked wearing a "No on Measure B" t-shirt with Team Wicked at the AIDS Walk Los Angeles.[6] She offered fans a chance to obtain an autographed DVD in exchange for the donation of a toy to Toys for Tots for Christmas in 2011.[7] On December 14, 2012, she collected toys for the charity during a XxxFastPass party at Eden Nightclub in exchange for a discounted admission to the event, which was free for those in the porn industry who brought a toy.[8] She is also passionate about breast cancer charities because it has affected her family.[4]
