Type cmd in the Windows Start menu and click 'Run as administrator'.

Type mklink /d "[path to folder in cloud]" "[path to Treasure of Nadia savegame folder]".

For example: mklink /d "C:\Users\Username\OneDrive\User Data" "C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\User Data" - depending on the username and language setting.
