Jessa Rhodes was born and raised in Oregon, United States. She is of Norwegian descent.[1][4][5]
Rhodes was a cheerleader in high school.[4]
She worked at fast food places and restaurants.[4]
Career in the adult industry
Jessa Rhodes debuted in the adult industry in 2012, started right after her 19th birthday.[2][4] She started dancing at the age of 17 and while there, met a dancer that introduced her to webcamming. After her first webcam session, an agent from Miami reached out to her. A few days later, she was shooting her first scene with J. Mac for Reality Kings in Miami for Reality Kings.[2][4][6]
The name Jessa in her stage name was chosen by her first agent, who told her she resembled July 2011 Playboy Playmate Jessa Hinton.The last name Rhodes was derived from the Rhodes piano.

In January 2015, Jessa Rhodes won the annual XBIZ Award for Best Supporting Actress for her work in New Sensation’s "Second Chances".[5][7]
