Lisa Ann (born May 9, 1972) is an American pornographic actress and radio personality.[1][2]
She is a member of the AVN, XRCO, and Urban X Halls of Fame.
Life
Lisa Ann was born in Easton, Pennsylvania, United States.[1]
In 1990, Lisa Ann started dancing to get money for her school. Lisa became a dental assistant.
Career
In July 1993, Lisa started to work as a porn actress. In 1997 she quit for the time being and worked several years as a dancer. Then she worked again in the erotic industry, at first only as agent but later she worked as actress again.
In 2008 Ann acted in the American satirical pornographic film Who's Nailin' Paylin? in which she played the 2008 United States of America Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Louise Palin.[3][4][2]
In December 2014, she announced her second retirement as a performer.[5][2]
Ann was ranked fifth on Complex magazine's list of "The Top 100 Hottest Porn Stars (Right Now)" in 2011. She was also placed on CNBC's yearly list "The Dirty Dozen: Porn's Most Popular Stars" in 2011, 2012,[4] 2014 and 2015.[5] In April 2013, New York Post reported that she was "the most popular female porn star", according to data provided by Pornhub.
Directing
Ann made her directorial debut with the film, Hung XXX, released on September 22, 2009.[6]
Other ventures
In December 2009, it was announced that Ann had signed on to be the spokeswoman for RealTouch, a mechanized artificial vagina produced by AEBN.[6]
Mainstream appearances
In Eminem's music video "We Made You", Lisa had a cameo appearance, again as "Serra Paylin".
In August 2013, she starred in the music video for the song "Dead Bite" by Hollywood Undead.
On December 15, 2015, Ann released a memoir titled The Life.[2]
In early 2016, she got involved with fantasy baseball.[2]
On May 11 2018 the Lisa Ann’s birthday party was attended by American Republican consultant, lobbyist and strategist Roger Stone.[7]
Ann has appeared a number of times on Barstool Sports Sirius XM radio shows and in content videos.
Advocacy
Ann has campaigned to destigmatize interracial pornography by speaking out about the treatment of black performers in the industry and the lack of work for them. She also wants to help transform the industry to give performers pensions, health insurance, and career guidance.[2]
